This started out like any other threesome would....at a bar
The three people involved were myself, one of my girlfriends, and one of my guy friends.
Lets call my girlfriend Ariel and the guy Aladdin for sake of ease.
.........
Ariel recently got a job out of province in a place much less populated than where were currently lived, and she was coming back home to visit for the week. I was allotted the friday night for getting to spend time with her and she had told me specifically "I want to GET LAID tonight its my only night free and back in civilization where there is good pickings and I really don't care who it is, but its been forever and I NEED it"
Being the great friend that I am, I said HELL YEA, eassssssyyy. So naturally we invite all our friends to the bar for a reunion, plus I know that she and one of the them were fuck buddies before and thus would be down, and if not, ITS A BAR!
At the bar, drinking, everyones arrived and it was great, except fuck buddy can't come, sooo now its hunting season and most of our friends have work in the morn so people are slowly just leaving! LAAAMMEEEE!
Aladdin goes to us "why don't we just go back to mine and drink so that we don't have to call it a night to fast"; now i know that Aladdin ALWAYS has tons of alcohol at his place and is always generous, so i'm down buttt that lowers our pickings for Ariel down to one and i don't know if shes down. Lo and behold, she says she is down for going to his place cause then we can continue drinking and the whole night isn't a disaster.
So like any good threesome story, it never started out being planned as a threesome.
We drove to his place in my car, get there, open a bottle of champagne....finish it, open another and I realize "OK guys, i can't drink anymore or else it DEFINITELY won't be safe for me to drive us (me and ariel) back home (to my place)." Aladdin says "well i'll pay for DADS, so KEEP DRINKING" (which is a taxi company that comes with two people and one drives you home and the other drives your car home behind you - smart right? i know!)
Well you don't have to twist my arm to get me to drink free booze AND pay for my cab home.
......
I don't remember finishing that last drink...not a single clue...

Breaking Up
So officially single lady again. We had a good run, was in a legit relationship for about a year or so....well we were at least sleeping together for a year.
I'm not broken up about it, I knew it was coming and also knew that I didn't want to spend the rest of my life with him.
So to keep this from getting ANY sappier... my last notes on relationships:
This was my longest and most legit relationship i've ever been in and it was the learning experience of a lifetime.
Both being single and being in a relationship have their pros and cons - I learned what it really meant to be cared about and thought about on a constant basis, someone always wondering what you thought or what you were doing that wasn't just your friend. That is nice, and comforting; not something i've ever been used to and was most likely always afraid of.
So thanks to him! for teaching me about all the good things of relationships and how valuable and lovely they are.
-------------------
On the other hand there is all the freedom to do whomever and whatever you want to do when single and no one to answer to. There is the doing whatever your heart desires always and whenever that is great about single. There is the extra time that you can spend learning about yourself and really caring about and going crazy over yourself. It's really a time that you can sit back and reflect and be selfish until you find that person that will complement what you really are and want out of life.
----------
AKA whether your single or taken, enjoy it and cherish it =)
